First-Time Orders

If you’re not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked and no return required.

Repeat Orders

Because coffee is a perishable item, returns are not accepted on subsequent orders, except in cases of damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Shipping Notes

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other expedited services.

  • Ground shipping is non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged due to an error on our part.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an exchange.
Unfortunately, no exchanges or claims can be accepted after 48 hours.
